The Bill (Reg. No. 4671) improves legal and economic principles of activity in the field of drinking water supply and drain.

Thus, it extends the principles of public policy in the field of drinking water and drinking water supply as regards preventive measures in the system of protection of water drainage system and purification of discharged waters as the objects of strategic importance.
